Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a score containing "expressive" instruments with swing
2. Input eighth notes and accent the offbeat "and" counts
3. Play

-> The increased volume from the accent will start on the 0.5 of a beat, as it is displayed notationally, but due to the swing the note starts at the .67 of a beat, thus the audible accent will start in the middle of the prior note.

Comments

I pulled the problematic section from the full score and slowed it down for clarity. Slowing it down more makes it clearer, but if that doesn't work I can upload it with the score audio.

Confirmed.
Although the note plays in a swing, the articulation of that note is not in the swing.
I tested with CC02 and CC11 expressions, both behave the same way.

I guess a sort of workaround would be to use a grouping of a quarter note triplet and an eighth note triplet, this behaves correctly but is not really the point of writing in swing in the first place.
