Enable Above/Below positioning for more elements while in edit mode

For example, while editing a slur, a user can press 'x' and its vertical position will change. What specifically comes to mind is that crescendo hairpins do not allow for this behavior. Pressing '<', extending a bit, and then afterwards pressing 'x' will not switch the vertical position in MS3.4.2. The proposition is that this should work while in edit mode.

There may be other elements for which this suggestion would apply.
