Whenever I open MuseScore (v3.4), the application comes up and all, then It all becomes obscured when the Start Centre appears, and then the program is all but unusable. I've tried restarting and reinstalling. Attached is a photo for reference.

Try updating your display driver to the latest version.
It's seemed to have fixed itself...
