Dear Sir,
Please help me with opening a score in .mus extension which you can see at Attachment.

I do not have any software that can open .mus and maybe you can help with this.
It will be good if you can make it open in Musescore or in PDF.
I have Windows 10 last version and Musescore version - 3.4.2.9788.

.mus is a propriatary format (from Finale IIRC), so it would never get implemented in MuseScore
For help in getting such a .mus file converted (into MusicXML), please use the forum
This is a "Finale" file.
You can open it with "Finale Notepad 2012" software and export it as musicXML.
A converted mxl (compressed musicxml) file, that you can open with Musescore, is attached.
Note: It would be better to ask such questions in the forum. This section is for software related issues.
