PDF Conversion
My PDF files will not convert accurately; eg. has time signature errors. When I correct it in musescore, I end up with bar lines in wrong places etc.

PDF import is indeed very experiment. And while correcting the inevitable errors is possible, it does require some expertise and patience. To the point where it's often much more complicated than simply entering the music by hand to begin with. But if you attach a specific score you are having trouble correcting, people may be able to advise better.
