Musescore crashes every time when I try to right click on a time signature and select 'time signature properties'.
Info - OS: Windows 7 SP 1 (6.1), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.9788, revision: 148e43f

I can't reproduce, same OS, same MuseScore version.
Might be just one of several of your scores, please attach one sampls score that has the issue

It happens for every scores I created, even the new ones. A new file which the error exists has been attached, but it happens in every file on my computer.
Works just fine with that score, so it must be related to your PC or installation.
Try https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings first, and if that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall MuseScore
