Graphics - lock aspect ratio

Select a graphic on the page, check lock aspect ratio, and change the height.
Expected result: Width should change proportionally
Observed result: Width does not change
Note: Smaller graphic on the second line is original size.

Also, I am having trouble typing fractional numbers in the width and height edit controls.
