There is software out there that can attempt to turn raw audio data into actual musical information - look for audio-to-MIDI converters. It's extremely experimental technology, tends to work only on the simplest of music, but you're welcome to investigate that term and see if any of the available options suit you, Once you have a MIDI file (or MusicXML, if the program you choose can generate that), then you can start to consider a notation program like MuseScore to turn that into notation. Realistically, though, even if you managed to get reasonable results at the first step, it's another big undertaking for MuseScore to take MIDI data and attempt to turn that into readable notation.
Which is to say, the chances of success are roughly similar to the chances of getting a usable script if you take your phone into a movie theater and ask Siri to transcribe everything.
