Adding custom glyphs?

I really like my manuscript music writing, and I was wondering if there's a way to import glyphs that actually work, like clefs. For example, I have my treble clef (sorry about quality, I did it in GIMP) as an example here, and I'd like to be able to import that sort of thing, cleaned up obviously. Is there a way to do that?
