I can't reproduce, I just generated an MP§ from one of my scores using MuseScore's export and sent that via email from one of my accounts to another and it just worked.
I often use this way and it works (MS 2) how do you do to export in MP3 ?

What is the size of the file?
In which player on your pc is the file successfully played?
Does it work in Windows explorer if you rename the file ? Copy to another folder?
What do you mean by:
'the file start to be processed'
?
Could you attach a screen capture of that and then of the error message that follows?

You don't seem to be attaching an mp3 file to an email but uploading?

That's not gmail, but WhatApp (Desktop? An no, the browser based version). Same for GMail, using the browser base version, not any local email client. So it is the (browser based) upload that fails.
Once the mp3 is on your hard drive, there is nothing tying it to MuseScore anymore. It's just a regular mp3.
Have you tried any other mp3?
