Strange bar length
Can someone explain the problem on page 4 of the attached file, bars 56 and 57? They are obviously too long.
I shall be most grateful.

Look at the 'shout' for Alto and reset it so it goes back to where it belongs

Thanks for your fast response.
I tried that but the long bar still remained.
I eventually solved the problem by deleting bar 57 and then inserting a new blank bar which was of the normal size, and remained so when I entered the semibreves and "shout"s.

It didn't take more than resetting that one lyric's offset to get the score to format properly
