If musescore is installed via flatpak the printers aren't visible or accessible. The only printer is "Print to File (PDF)".
I've seen that this issue persists since v.2.1 (https://musescore.org/en/node/270555).
It doesn't seem to be a problem of flatpak itself, because LibreOffice is able to print in the flatpak version.
I'm on debian Buster x64 with KDE.

But it is most probably a problem with the MuseScore flatpack package, lacking some components. And that MuseScore flatpack package is not supported here.
Try the AppImage instead
Marking this here as a duplicate of #270555: flatpak version does not recognize printer, and close that, as not being fixable by the MuseScore team
I'm sorry. I didn't get that the flatpak version is not supported here.
The Appimage will do fine, I guess.
