A very common question on the wrong site.

No money to uploader. Not related to musescore.org, this forum here, so go and ask there, on musescore.com. see https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-20657
Even though this is the wrong place for the question, I always feel it's important to answer for the benefit of people reading the thread later:
People upload to musescore.com for the same reason they upload to YouTube or any other content sharing site - because they want to share content.
The money from subscriptions goes mostly to pay the copyright holders - so you can upload your own arrangement of a popular song and not get yourself or the website sued.

There is another reason for uploading your scores to musescore.com: scores kept there act as a backup, in case the disk on your own computer fails one day.
