Voice switches and Ports

The exported midi file does not contain the voice switches for mid staff changes when you have multiple drumset channels. Unlike "arco" "mute" "pizz" patches which show up as track splits when you open a midi file, and then display correctly information at the right time, multiple drumsets like "standard" "standard 1" "orchestra" offer no split and simply play the last patch listed. Is this a problem with the number of tracks allocated to ch.10 per port or does the instrument need further definition to get it to work right?
