Uploading Question
I'm planning to upload a work for others to use. Part of it is in the public domain and part is original.
How do I classify it? Do I consider it an original work?

Always use the stricter version. So here Original Work. You can still give it a CCx license

Creative Commons, comes in several flavours, CC0 basically being Public Domain
