Tie 8th notes
Is there an easy and simple way to tie 8th notes to any value? Like some sort of shortcut or plugin? I find myself having to do that a lot and was wondering if there was a simpler way to do it.

+ is the shortcut for ties.
If that doens't answer your question, please attach a sample score and describe in more detail what you are wanting to do. "+" is indeed the tie command, but the fact that you mention eighth notes specifically makes me wonder if you don't really mean tie but instead might be thinking of beams.
