default musescore soundfonts
The default soundfont for flute 1 is good but flute 2 has a clicking noise. Can I use the same soundfont for both flutes simultaneously?

You can, both use the same sound from the same soundfont
Meaning, if you're hearing a clicking noise in flute 2, you'd presumably here it in floute 1 if it had the same notes. Can you attach the score with the problem and tell us which note specifically you are having trouble with?

It's a large file and a bit of a hassle, but it might be worth it.
