You seem to be missing a link to the score (or the attachment)
I might guess this in reference to this:

Except "MB" doesn't seem to apply, and I don't know that bar 83 is particularly noteworthy. The "Ab" is considered a "borrowed" note from the key of C minor (scale degree b6), it adds color to the V chord. But anyhow, since I hadn't otherwise mentioned this here, it gives me an excuse, sorry if it's a hijack.
