Adding notes to tuplets in Piano Roll Editor should repect tuplet settings

At the moment, attempts to add notes to tuplets in the PRE ignores the special tuplet timing. This should be changed so that notes are added in the tuplet's measurement system rather than the measures'. (Eg, adding an eighth note to a triplet should add a triplet eighth, not a regular eighth).
