Entering notes through re-pitching

Use Re-pitch to enter notes. If entering single notes , works perfectly, skipping rests to get to the next note that needs to have the pitch changed . If you are entering chords instead of a single note and there is an intervening rest you have to manually skip over the rest (or enter the chord twice- one of which does not write the chord). Probably should have consistent behavior (preferably skipping rest)
