Copy chord symbols
How can I copy just the chord symbols? I tried using selection filter, but could not manage to select what I wanted to copy (when I unselect the voices, the chords are also unselected)
Thanks

Chord symbols also belong to a voice, so yes deselecting those will also deselect the relevant chord symbols.
The easiest way to select them imho is to not use the selection filter at all. First select the range you wish to copy from as a normal selection including everything. Then right-click (ctrl-click on Mac) a single chord symbol and choose "Select all similar elements in range selection".
You can now copy/cut&paste

Thank you very much for the explanation and for the workaround.
Now it makes me wonder, should the chord symbols belong to a voice? Does it make sense to have several chord symbols in same staff?

Everything on a staff has a voice, and potentially allows multiple elements in different voices. For chord symbols, this is often used to enter alternate / substitute chords.

Ok, I am just entering this world of music score and starting to understand lots of things.
Thank you.
