As you can see in the attachment, the "Dynamics Palette" content is being displayed way smaller than in the other palettes.
Screen: 15.6"/1920x1080
It's a regression; in 3.5 it's being displayed properly.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0.12067, revision: 5b8aa39

I was wrong; in OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.0.12096, revision: 6f4fd1b it's ok.
The attachment above is from 4.0.0 (made a mistake earlier)
And there's the difference in scaling between 4.0.0 and the older versions: [attachment from 3.5.0]
It is not wrongly scaled, it is the wrong font, italic FreeSerif plain text rather than the SMuFL glyphs from MScore Text or Bravura Text
And not related to HiDPI either (I see it at 96 DPI)

I believe this has been fixed. Here is a screenshot of (from left to right)
