Lines between notes and ctrl +shift+arrows
Lines between notes don't move when moving notes to other hand (piano) using ctrl+shift+arrows. Everything is checked in selection panel.

Which lines are you referring to?
A note-anchored line seems to work out just fine here on 3.4.2

That's ties (maybe slurs). Seems to relate to cross staff notation (indeed done with Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down)
For me the ties do follow cross staff properly, so a score needed to tell what is going on there.

I do not see such a result when attempting to recreate this in 3.5beta.
As Jojo mentions, please share a score showing this error for you.
As I recall there were bugs having to do with this years ago, so it could be a simple as updating. Otherwise, we'd need the actual score, not just a picture, to investigate.
