Doesn't crash for me in 3.5 Beta.
Are you by change running a self-build version in Debug mode? It so this might be a known issue, see #284887: Crash on ending score playback
Hi Jojo. It seems to need to play the whole score, then I get it about 50% of the time. Now I am convinced it's the different 'time stretch values', I can be more careful about that. I am not clever enough to run a self-build version in Debug mode, so it's not that. I can live with it but thought anything that makes Musescore crash should be looked at.
OK, so it just reproduces randomly. Not for me (yet).
Does it happen with 3.4.2 too? Or only with the Beta?
My mistake previously when I said I was using 3.5 and 3.5 Beta. I actually have 3.4.2.9788 and 3.5 Beta, (NOT 3.5 as I called it earlier), and the crashes happen similarly with both 3.4.2 and 3.5 Beta.
thanks
