When meeting tuplet greater than 9, as attached, NVDA only announces "custom tuplet". It's difficult to name tuplets greater than 9, so they can be announced as "tuplet of 10 notes", "tuplet of 12 notes", etc, much better than just a "custom tuplet".

relates to #277496: [EPIC] Accessibility issues/suggestions
PR: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/8877
Now in https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/12340
Fixed in branch master, commit 52be682ea2
_Accessibility: Improve speech output for notes and common elements
Screen readers will now announce:
[Fix #312625] Notehead group type (e.g. "cross", "triangle", etc.).
[Fix #312628] When notes or rests use cross-staff notation.
[Fix #312627] When elements are invisible.
[Fix #307442] Tuplet length for custom tuplets (more than 9 notes).
Also speeds up speech output by stripping some punctuation from element
names to prevent unnecessary pauses._
This will be fixed in MuseScore 4 which is being developed.
