It will not make a single sound
What are your settings in edit->preferences...->I/O: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/preferences#i-o?
And as mentioned, what's your operating system: Windows, Mac, Linux - which version?

Nevermind i pressed restart audio and MDI devices and it works now
