Measure Number Placement

I use Musescore for my professional scores, and I've found that I spend a good 40-50% of my time just placing the measure numbers at the bottom of the score, centered. I've found that this placement of measure numbers on scores is a fairly common practice. Is there any way the measure numbering system could get an upgrade to include options like this?

Below is a sample from some copyist work I'm doing. (I know they aren't 100% centered, but that's where the implementation of this idea would really come in handy :) )

Try the release candidate for MuseScore 3.5 (see Download menu above). It provides a centering option and below the staff. What is still not present is an option to place them on the bottom staff only, but the approach it appears you are currently using - putting them on all staves but making all but the bottom staff invisible - should work. And that much takes only a few seconds.
