I guess you are referring to playback? Crescendos within single notes (and rolls count as single notes) are not supported for percussion in the current versions of MuseScore. But improvements are on the way for 3.5. So I encourage you to download the release candidate to see if that helps. If not, please attach your actual score (not just a picture) so we can investigate further.

Ohhh thanks bro, i'm very happy, i use musescore which is not version 3.5, and now i change version, and it works
