adding a bracket to a single note

using musescore 2.1 revision 871c8ce on PC windows 10

unable to figure out how to add a bracket as circled in red in the attached image. i'm using the bracket in exactly the same way as shown in the image, including needing to show the relation in the 'number type.' thank you.
