Reported versions for 3.4.2 and for measure numbers 3.5.0

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create a score with at least two instruments
  • Select a system text, rehearsal mark, tempo marks, measure number...
  • Select inside the inspector for placement "below"

Expected result: the element appears below the system
Actual result: the element appears below the upper staff
