How do I disable Chord Symbol Playback for all scores, forever?
Just an annoying feature to have to select select them and un-check play every time you open a score whose chords have been labeled.

For those who prefer to disable this feature, we have implemented a pair of preferences that will hopefully be in 3.5.1, one to disable for existing scores, another to disable for newly created ones.
Meanwhile, in case you weren't aware, you don't need to select all chords in a score, just click one, uncheck Play, then hit "Set as style".

Wonderful control at last
You wait for v3.5.1 to be released, which will have a preference to say what should happen on new/old scores.
For now check https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-308797
It points to a handbook page, that will updated to include information how it is done in 3.5.1, once that got released
Good example for "you can't please everyone". Lot's of people (including me) had been craving for chord symbol playback for years ...
(Thanks for the quick support, I hadn't yet figured out what the "S" on the inspector means)

S on the inspector means "Set to Style" which translates to "Apply this setting to all elements of this type in this score if they already exist or if they are added later"
