Cannot Open the App!!! Help please!

Before the last update everything worked fine but since yesterday when I downloaded it the app no longer works. Now, when I launch the app, the loading screen appears as normal but when the app opens, it freezes and then crashes. My computer runs with windows 10. What can I do and what causes this? Pls help!
