Export to mid partially broken in between 3.4 -> 3.5 on win10?
I often export scores to midi to play on the Newzik iPad app. Something must have changed with how MID-files are generated between 3.4.2.9788 and 3.5.0.13199 - both running Win10.
Newzik can play files from both versions - however, it is only able to isolate voices in midi-files from 3.4.
Would appreciate if you could take a look, as it would suck to have to pin my version to 3.4 and disable upgrades.
Thanks,

I do see that the MIDI files import info 3.5 differently, with different instrument/staff names, the allegedly broken one IMHO more correct than the other, compared to the score

Regardless of correctness, the added meta data seems to make Newzik behave incorrectly. Is it valid midi? I'll raise a bug there too and hold back my version until either get fixed.
