Different Voices, *Different Dynamics*
UwU -I mean... What happens if I want THIS:
And similar stuff... Both voices in the above example, are played FF. I wanted the second voice to sound P but failed. I think Musescore should implement dynamics which will apply the corresponding volume only to the voice it belongs.

Should have known better. Thanks.

It seems as though MuseScore doesn't assign dynamics to any voice at all. But rather to the staff as a whole. I think that this is true of any notation software.

This may change in version 4 though I've heard nothing definitive.

For the record, the dynamic is assigned to a specific voice, which you can see if you select it and check the color. However, for playback purposes, it currently assumes any dynamic in any voice applies to them all. I doubt it would be particularly hard to enhance that.

I am working with a score which requires exactly what the OP's picture shows so it's a thumbs up from me for voice level dynamic control.
I'm not sure about the hairpin workaround since I have experience of using other workarounds that don't always make sense to other systems when using MusicXML as an interface so I would sooner wait for the functionality to be added rather than 'twist' an existing function to fit my use. I will therefore use voice selection and velocity from inspector.
