No sound

Ive used Musescore 3.0 with no problems. Today I downloaded and installed 3.5. I also downloaded New-Retrograde Master and Musescore-comments-master and installed them. There is no sound either when a note is input or to play from the score. I have Windows 10 and it plays music from my CD player and also MP4's downloaded but not Musescore. In Windows (64) Settings I see the Sounds Output speakers and they are also the ones shown in Musescore 3.5 Edit/Preferences. I have downloaded a second version of MS3.5 and Run Repair. I also run as Administrator but I still have no sounds.
Please advise.
