Exporting Colored Sheet Music
If I change the color of sheet music, can I export the PDF with that color, if so, how?
Also, I don't think this is a feature, but can you change the color of the background in the videos?

If you've changed the color of an element, then yes that element should have that changed color upon export. If you have a score where that is not the case, please share it here so it can be investigated.

I think he means the color of the canvas. It exports to white no matter the color set in musescore
