Pizz/Arco on divisi split staff

I am trying to make a passage where Violin I. is divisi. I split the staff so that I can make a "2 Soli" part, but when I try to make one part pizz. and another part arco (and con sord.) it plays both parts either arco/con sord. or pizz.

Can someone find a way to fix this issue? I don't want the Violin I. divisis to completely break into a separate part, as it is very inefficient to the solo players.
