I just downloaded your program to my new computer. But I would like a way to transfer the scores I had on my previous account under my email address: mommyg141@comcast.net. Can someone help me?

Like any other file. If you are talking about *.mscz files save them to external media or download them from the drive... https://musescore.org/en/node/274235 ?

If they're saved to musescore.com just log in there and you can access them.
