Breaking Score Into Movements
Is there a way to separate the score into pieces i.e. separate movements while keeping it on the same file?

Put a section break in the last measure of a movement. If there are different instruments in the movements, then use the instruments dialog (i) to make the unneeded instruments invisible while you enter that movement. After the entire song is entered make all of the instruments visible and use Hide Empty staves to hide all unused staves in each movement.
