When applying notehead types from the palette, they are changed, but NVDA doesn't announce any notehead types when navigating through these notes. It should tell us "c" quarter crossed, "d" eighth triangle etc, according to the type names in the palette. There may be an option to turn on and off the reading, in case one wants to just hear notes not head types.

Relates to #277496: [EPIC] Accessibility issues/suggestions
PR: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/8877
Now in https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/12340
Fixed in branch master, commit 52be682ea2
_Accessibility: Improve speech output for notes and common elements
Screen readers will now announce:
[Fix #312625] Notehead group type (e.g. "cross", "triangle", etc.).
[Fix #312628] When notes or rests use cross-staff notation.
[Fix #312627] When elements are invisible.
[Fix #307442] Tuplet length for custom tuplets (more than 9 notes).
Also speeds up speech output by stripping some punctuation from element
names to prevent unnecessary pauses._
This will be fixed in MuseScore 4 which is being developed.
