Changing Cross Noteheads to a Clap in Horn Parts

Hey,
I'm writing a Latin chart in Musescore 3.5.2 and I was wondering if there was a way to in brass or sax parts, like in the Drumkit parts, change a note head so it's value played a clap sound rather than a note within Musescore at the moment, and if not I would like to make that a feature request. As it stands, I'm trying to add a clave on top while none of the instruments are playing, so if it can done, which menu should I head towards?
