Changing time signature and duration
I feel that I have seen a feature that would allow the user to change the time signature and the duration of notes—for instance to change 3/4 to 3/2 and have all the note values double (eg: quarter notes change to half notes, eight notes to quarter notes, etc.).
I can't remember where that feature is located. If it does, indeed, exist, can someone point me to instructions for how to do it?
