Export wav file parts with metronome?
Is it possible to export the "click track" along with the parts to the WAV files?

I muted a track, then played it and recorded the click track using Audacity. Worked great!

What do you mean by: "I muted a track". Why?
"...then played it". You played the muted track?

I set Musescore to play a metronome beat. Then I used the mixer to mute the alto sax part. Then I had Musescore play the alto sax part (which only sounded the metronome beat, since I had muted the sax) and recorded it using Audacity. In Audacity, I use WASAPI and set the mic to loopback. That will record what the computer is playing internally.
