How adaptable is Musescore for music such as electronic music - e.g. Stockhausen or music such as Reich or Riley

i noticed that there are some scores on the Musescore.com site for music in the style of Kurtag or Messiaen, and some odd notations.

I just wondered if it's sensible to even think of using Musescore for electronic music or some other more modern music styles, some of which use unusual notation and probably also novel playing techniques.

Maybe DAWs are the way to go for electronic music - music based on synthesisers - but some music combines both electronic music with acoustic instruments.

Maybe Musescore really isn't suited to that kind of development, but I wonder how far it can be pushed, and if others have seriously tried.

Some music might be possible to notate using Musescore - for example Riley's "In C", but it might not be possible to get the inbuilt synthesiser to play it. https://teropa.info/blog/2017/01/23/terry-rileys-in-c.html
