How do you break for a chorus
I have this working, i think but my chorus is sliding back into my verse. Can i break this at the chorus and label it chorus?

I don't understand what "my chorus is sliding back into my verse" means. Your score should have notes for the verse, then notes for the chorus. Notes don't "slide" around in a score.
Attach your score (or at least an example score that demonstrates your issue).
I’m not sure what you mean but maybe use a line break at the end of the verse?
