How can I arrange measures on a page?

I've got a score written but Musescore has arranged it so the top line has just one measure, others have 6, and the last has one measure. All measures have the same number of 8th notes so they should be all the same length. How can I fix it so the top line has 5 or 6 measures in it?

Delete the system break of the first measure, add system breaks to desired measures, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/breaks-and-spacers.
