Update and Publishing

hello and greetings!
musescore is really great.but when i updated the latest version, and when i try to publish my score by selecting the option " save online ", it shows the continue in the box frame and when i click that, the software closes . i tried this several times but all in vain.This has never happened before, what shall i do now?
