Freely Spacing Measure Throughout Page (picture attached)
Hello,
I am making an instructional book and I was wondering if there is a way to seperate and move measure freely around the page (or at least the same result as the picture attached)?

A horizontal frame is definitely the way to get that appearance, and works well. Playback, however, won't pause, which may or may not be important to you. You could add, the mark invisible, a pause from the Breaths and Pauses palette. Or, another trick might be to actually have an empty measure between the visible ones, and then right-click the staff and use Staff/Part Properties to set the staff to be "Cutaway" - the empty measures will become invisible.
Each of these approaches works better for different situations, so it's good to have options.
