Using programs like Miroslav Philharmonik 2 with Musescore
I recently acquired Miroslav Philharmonik 2 and wanted to know if it were possible to use the sound libraries with Musescore or if I can import a midi from Musescore into Miroslav.

Support for VST directly from MuseScore is on the agenda for MuseScore 4.
Until then you'll need another VST host to load your sound library. You can then either use MuseScore's MIDI out to route to it, or depending on your host indeed load a previously exported MIDI file.
