Reducing the number of pages

The score used to fit on just two pages, but after adding glisses in the right hand, it increased the sizes of the measures.
I already went to format and removed all current system breaks and maximized decrease layout stretch.
Is there anyway to negate the effect of the glisses and other articulations on measure size?

I guess you mean arpeggios and not glisses - the vertical wavy line on a single chord, not diagonal line connecting two successive notes?
You can cause the arpeggios to not reserve extra spacing by selecting them all (right-click one, Select / All Similar Elements) then uncheck "Automatic Placement" in the Inspector. You may find some collisions you can resolve by turning it back on for those only, or otherwise fiddling with things further.
